Original diagnosis

Tritus vel caesus violaceus, ad instar L. uvidi, cui proximus est granulis obscuris quae intra hyphas partis superioris pileo adsunt. Differt lamellis e teneris pallide luteolis et pileo fere ex olivaceo fuscidulo, vel luteo mixto. Statura debili (pileo 12-40 mm.; stipite 5-25 x 4-6 mm. in superiore parte). Pileo viscoso. Sapore dulci, dein amarescente. Sporis in massa albidis vel mediocriter cremeis, 7.5-12 x 6.5-8.5 µm., sine ornamentis, cristis saepius virgatis quam anastomosis. Pleurocystidiis SP inertibus. - In zona Alpina Arcus Alpini. - Typus in Herb. Kühner, nº 71-7.
