Original diagnosis

Pileo depresso, deinde infundibuliformi, udo viscoso, crustulino, ochraceo vel ex aurantiaco ochraceo, manifeste ad marginem zonato, quae pube quadam lanosa, albida, 1 mm. longa induta est. Carne dura, ad marginem pilei zonata, rosea vel pallide e rosea ardosiaca aere facta; odore fructibus simili; lacte albo, acri. Lamellis stipatis, albis, deinde cremeis, decurrentibus. Stipite 2,5-5 x 1,5-3 cm., plerumque manifestissimis scrobiculis flavidis in fundo albo variato. Sporis e luteis albidis, 7-8 x 6-6,5 µ., interrupto-reticulatis. Cystidiis plurimis. - Sub arboribus frondosis. Forsan varietas spectabilis zonarii.
